If you are not satisfied with any item you order, you may
return it to us for a full refund of your product purchase price when you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refund amount does not include shipping charges. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. Please note that we cannot refund any of our food type products. To return a product, simply follow the steps below:
Before returning any items, call email us at sales@iprepare.com to get a Return Authorization Number. Provide your name, order number and reason for return. Every order that is returned to us or refused by the customer must have an R.A. Number in order to be processed or accepted.
Make sure the items are repackaged in their original boxes and are in new condition. At iPrepare, we do not charge a restocking fee for any returned item.
Ship the items back to us via pre-paid UPS or U.S. Mail.
We will refund shipping costs on items we determine to be defective or for shipping errors on our part.
After receiving the items, we then refund your credit card for the amount of the order less any shipping charges that may apply.
It is that simple.
