Order Confirmation & Status
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once you place your order. This email contains a URL where you can research the current stats of your order. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please email us at sales@iprepare.com.
Free Shipping offer only within the continental US for product orders over $100 (not including Alaska or Hawaii). Free shipping offer does not apply to water barrels, large containers, pre-packaged water, large food orders, or custom group/bulk orders. Free Shipping method (Ground, Parcel Post, etc) will be selected by iPrepare, and transit times may vary.
Orders shipped within the continental U.S. will normally be shipped via UPS Ground. If items are to be shipped via the Post Office (i.e. APO addresses or PO Boxes), the U.S. Post Office may be used, and an additional shipping charge of at least $15 may be levied.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any such charges prior to shipping your order.
Outside U.S.
Will incur a standard $40 shipping charge - plus additional shipping charges if necessary (such charges will be added to your final credit card bill). Will be shipped via U.S. Post Office Surface Mail (which can take several weeks, or longer than a month to arrive) unless you request otherwise. Note that any duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees or other charges are not included in our shipping/delivery charge and may be levied when you pick up your order. Any such charges will be your responsibility. If you refuse to pay such charges, the items will be returned to our warehouse, and you will still be charged the shipping fee.
NOTE: Certain bulk orders (i.e. large quantities/heavier items) may require additional charges and will be handled on an individual basis. You will be notified of any such charges.

Please note that Rush & Express delivery methods (detailed below) have been temporarily disabled. We apologize for the incovenience. If you need items urgently, you may phone us at 1-877-874-8492 or email us at sales@iPrepare.com to discuss. Note that hazardous materials (including matches, canister, stoves, etc) may not be sent via Express/Rush delivery under any circumstances.

Rush (2-3 Day Service) - A flat $50.00 shipping charge will be added to the above on all orders. Option means that in stock items will be shipped for delivery within 2 to 3 business days (not guaranteed), after the few days required for the processing of your order. Note, that the Rush charge may be higher depending on the delivery zip code. All items are shipped out of California, so East coast shipments will be more costly.
Express - A flat $70.00 shipping charge will be added to the above on to all orders. Option means that in stock items will shipped for delivery the next business day (not guaranteed), after the few days required for the processing of your order. Note, that the Express charge may be higher depending on the delivery zip code. All items are shipped out of California, so East coast shipments will be more costly.
